2023 Elite Summer Workouts

Incoming 6th through High School Boys and Girls

We are excited to introduce our Summer Elite Workout Programs led by a team of college coaches and certified PAC Trainers.  Sessions last 6-8 weeks depending on grade level.  This is for dedicated players that wants to be challenged and improve their game over the summer.  This program is invite only.

Agenda

  • 3 hours a day, two days a week (plus additional Full Circle only trainings)

  • Scrimmage/Open Runs on Fridays

  • Topics covered

    • Defense​

    • Ball handling/Finishes

    • Shooting

    • Toughness

    • Playmaking

    • Conditioning

  • Cost:  $250 or Full Circle​

  • Dates: 

    • June 26th - August 11th for Incoming 6th-8th

    • July 3rd - August 18th for Incoming Freshmen and HS players

  • Space is limited​ to first come first reserved

  • Full Circle members will have additional training options

Incoming 7th Grade Boys
